Dan Romer/Drawing Number One: are you a fan of auto tune? how do you know if it's being overused?
The main thing I like auto tune for is if there’s a vocal line that’s super emotional/beautiful, but there’s this one note that is unacceptably out of tune. It’s better to tune that one note than to go with a take that’s not as good.
